The Optometrists Association of Australia-NSW (OAA-NSW) was struggling for recognition from the NSW Government and lack of a public profile on a number of critical issues.

Hugo Halliday has successfully driven media coverage and exposure, and ensured appropriate engagement of key issues with the NSW Government.

A major media training program was also conducted by Hugo Halliday to ensure effective understanding and engagement by Sydney executive staff and regional representatives in their dealings with media organisations. Marketing materials also were created for the Association.
