Hugo Halliday developed and completed an internal and external communications audit for Mastercom to help the business determine it’s future marketing strategy, garner insight from stakeholders and find gaps within their business structure.

Hugo Halliday consultants conducted the survey over a number of different platforms using both qualitative and quantitative questions. All respondents were asked to complete an online survey, while select respondents were interviewed face-to-face and over the phone.

From the 81 page final report, seven key recommendations were made based on the survey results.
